Liquid applied membranes
This method of roofing is favoured on diverse and complex roof areas, In areas where heat or gas isn't needed and on buildings where disruption would be a problem. We also use this material to cover existing roof materials such as asphalt, single ply or built-up felted systems.

Single ply membranes
EPDM or Single ply is a tough piece of rubber which is cut to the size of the roof and fixed down with a very strong adhesive. Any shape or size can be installed, providing a water tight membrane.

Green roofs
Firstly the roof area is waterproofed using one of the above methods. A foam filter on the base with a gravel substrate 2nd layer and a sedum blanket for the top exposed layer. This type of roof is the newest on the market. Its environmentally friendly and can help reduce the carbon footprint.

Solar panel installation
We can supply / supply and install photovoltaic (PV) panels. Help lower carbon emissions and use a renewable energy resource. Current energy resources like coal and oil are almost exhausted, this is one of the reasons for regular price increases from local suppliers. You can generate your own power where the price never changes. Sell unused energy units back to your current energy supplier via an import export utility meter. Our hi tech solar panels have a 20 year cell life guarantee.

Metal clad refurbishment
A fast and cost affective way to repair existing cladded roofs. The sheet ends, bolt heads and gutter joints all corrode with wet weather conditions. Our refurbishment techniques restore and protect damaged cladding with lengthy guarantees at excellently low prices.

Slating / Tiling / Lead work
All slating and tiling works are undertaken by ourselves. New builds, extensions, repairs, Lead gutters, flashings and upstand protection. Our highly skilled craftsmen are capable of weatherproofing all shapes and sizes of roof.

Electronic Leak Detection
Our E.L.D. engineers can check a roof deck for pinholes and porosity. Any puncture or defect to the deck will allow the test equipment to discharge an electric current. When this occurs, the test equipment omits an audible tone to alert the surveyor of a possible defect in the vicinity. When the surface has been fully examined by the surveyor and he is happy with the quality of the waterproofed membrane, a certificate of integrity can/will be issued.
